If you like your beats heavy and dirty, then get your Trap Arms in shape as we guarantee you’ll be here all day long! Expect to hear everything from Trap to Dubstep to Future House and probably even a bit of Hardstyle thrown in for good measure! Our production focus on this stage will be all about that Bass! Expect no fancy gimmicks here just spine shattering beats from start to finish!

Voodoo Trance Stage

If you are a Trance fan, then we dare say you will be very excited about the Voodoo Stage! Presented by Genesis, who’s reputation is synonymous for hosting the very best Trance events across Australia, you can expect a big production on this stage with high quality sound, lighting, lasers and many extra surprises!

Featuring 4 massive international artists that frequently grace the stages at huge global events such as ASOT and Tomorrowland, Voodoo will host Alex M.O.R.P.H (GER), Heatbeat (ARG), Alexander Popov (RUS) and Chris Schweizer (ARG). Conditions of Entry

There are strictly no pass-outs (Exit and Re-Entry) at Electro Circus.
Entry is at own risk. The right to refuse entry is reserved.
The Electro Circus event are licensed 18+ event only. No exceptions.
The patron must comply with State and Federal Australian law at all times during the event.

Important Announcement to all our guests

Electro Circus has a zero drug tolerance policy & we encourage a safe and enjoyable partying atmosphere.
– Your ID and bag will be checked on arrival. No ID, no entry.
– You may be asked to turn out your pockets.
– Absolutely no illicit substances will be tolerated anywhere inside the venue.
– If you are caught trying to bring alcohol into the venue you will not be allowed in and you will not be refunded.
Violation of any of the above items will result in you NOT being allowed into the venue and face possible bans from future events. This event has been put together to create a fun & enjoyable atmosphere where we can all come together to celebrate quality music with international and local artists. Look after your mates, respect other partygoers, respect the staff and most importantly be safe & enjoy your day.

  • Fireworks, Laser Pointers, Knives, Scissors, Portable Seats/Chairs, Eskies, BBQs, Alcohol, Umbrellas
  • Professional Cameras, Weapons/Dangerous Items (does not include deodorant), Sunscreen
  • Illicit Drugs, Sporting Equipment, Selfie Sticks, Metal Objects, Lollies, Gum and Stickers & Flyers.

Flares and fireworks are considered to be an extremely harmful weapon. If a patron is found with a flare upon entry or inside the venue they will immediately be ejected, banned from Neon Panda Pty Ltd events indefinitely and may be prosecuted.

No liquids are permitted on site for security reasons. There is free water provided on site at multiple locations. Sunscreen cannot be brought into the event due to security reasons.

No animals are permitted on site, excluding authorized guide/companion dogs.


Valid Photo ID is required for entry (Passport, VALID Australian Driver License or Keypass / Government issued Proof of Age Card).

Attendees from overseas must bring their valid passport to gain entry.

Overseas Drivers License, Student University and/or Public Transport cards will not be accepted.

On request security have the right to ask you to legitimise yourself with further ID requests.


All patrons entering the site must have a valid ticket. Patrons on site without a valid event ticket will be ejected immediately. One ticket is only valid for the admission of one person.

Do not purchase your ticket from a scalper or from an unauthorised online vendor like Gumtree or Ebay. Only purchase from ticketbooth.com.au or directly from Neon Panda Pty Ltd industry sellers. Failure to purchase a ticket from an authorised outlet may result in refusal of entry. Tickets are not refundable and will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged, except as required by law & as otherwise specified by Neon Panda Pty Ltd. The sale or re-sale of a ticket by the Ticket Holder (including online auction sites) without the prior consent of Neon Panda Pty Ltd is prohibited. Neon Panda Pty Ltd and Mothership Events has an ongoing relationship with the police regarding the falsification of tickets to events. If you suspect you have purchased an invalid ticket please contact immediately.

Forging a ticket or wristband to the event will result in immediate rejection. Neon Panda Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry if a patron has been previously ejected from one of their events. It is the sole discretion of Neon Panda Pty Ltd to allow banned patrons to attend future events. Neon Panda Pty Ltd have the right to pursue legal action if banned patrons continue to attempt to flout their ban.


Security staff are entitled to search; pat down or metal detect any patron upon entry or during the event. Any person not compliant will be refused entry or removed from the event without a refund.

Access to Electro Circus is prohibited or refused to people who:

  • Are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant.
  • Have been banned from events before, imposed by either Neon Panda Pty Ltd or the administrative, legal or police governing bodies.
  • Illustrate behaviour that intends to disturb public peace or to provoke assault, hatred, rage etc.
  • Refuse to declare objects that are considered to be dangerous or off limits by security services.
  • Are wearing hi-vis vests or clothing, uniforms attempting to resemble any staff and crew member, unauthorized media vests, gang related uniforms (including bandanas and jackets) or uniforms that impersonate police or other emergency service personal.
  • Are unauthorised media outlets and their personnel. Only authorised and fully accredited media approved by the Marketing and Publicity departments are permitted at Neon Panda Pty Ltd events. Any media or persons found to be carrying media equipment (microphones, recording devices, camera etc) or deliberately deceiving staff will be removed and banned from Neon Panda Pty Ltd for an indefinite period.


Police have the right to attend Neon Panda Pty Ltd events and have the right to question and eject patrons from the event, if they are suspected of possessing illegal substances or weapons. The patron has the right to request legal representation and is not required to respond to police questioning if they are not of sound mind.


By entering the event and using the venue and Neon Panda Pty Ltd medical facilities, the patron consents to providing access to their medical information.


Neon Panda, Mothership Events and the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the premises.

Neon Panda Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any hearing damage or loss.

Use earplugs if necessary. Neon Panda Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for cloaked items.

Where rides are on site, rides will be ridden at patrons own risk. Neon Panda Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for this.


Dedicated entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a Disability Card or Companion Card.

Guide Dogs are permitted on festival grounds to valid Disability Card or Companion Card holders.

Dedicated disabled toilet facilities will be available at the venue. Please look for signage and ask for assistance from security or staff if you cannot locate these facilities.

Recording devices such as Professional cameras of any kind are not allowed on site without authority from Neon Panda Pty Ltd. Only smartphone (iPhone, Samsung etc) and point and shoot cameras are authorised to be used by patrons. Go Pro’s are not permitted.

Authorised media employed by Neon Panda Pty Ltd, must be wearing Neon Panda Pty Ltd accreditation at all times.

You may be filmed or photographed at this event for the purposes at the sole discretion of Neon Panda Pty Ltd and can be used for publicity purposes for Neon Panda Pty Ltd events.


Patrons that are caught destroying event decorations will be ejected immediately. Patrons are forbidden to climb tents, structures or lighting towers of any kind.


Please arrive and depart in an orderly fashion and respect the neighbours.

It is strictly forbidden for patrons to enter restricted areas such as backstage, production sites, offices etc. Doing so will result in immediate ejection from the event.

Displaying clothing, banners or body art that insight violence or hatred will result in the applicable patron’s immediate ejection from the event.

Dangerous activities will not be tolerated. This includes aggressive moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, climbing or gang behaviour. No intimidating behaviour will be tolerated including posturing or “surrounding” patrons. Patrons participating in these activities will be evicted without right to re-entry or refund. Neon Panda Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities.


No third party promotional items including flyers, posters, stickers, wristbands or tickets are permitted to be distributed at any Neon Panda Pty Ltd event.


In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, please follow all official directives.

For safety reason, Neon Panda Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Interrupt or stop the event
  • Totally or partially vacate the site
  • Deny access to the site regardless of the possession of a valid entry ticket

If you feel at any time you or anyone else’s health or safety is threatened, please contact the nearest security guard. There are First Aid Officers on site at all times who can be contacted by security and event staff.

All bags/containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Certain confiscated items can be collected from the cloakroom via security. No food, unless pre-approved by the event for medical purposes, can be bought into any Neon Panda Pty Ltd event. If you require a particular item of food for medical purposes to be bought into the event with you please email [email protected] up to 2 weeks prior to the event taking place with a medical certificate from your doctor.


Line-up is subject to change without notice and may vary.Neon Panda Pty Ltd may be forced to alter the program or timetable of the festival. In this case the entry ticket remains valid and it is neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless required by State or Federal law.


What time do doors open and close?

Electro Circus will open its doors at 3pm. The event will run until 10pm.

How do I get to Rosehill Gardens?

Rosehill Gardens is conveniently situated just minutes from Parramatta city centre and Sydney Olympic Park. Rosehill has it’s own train station providing a short 1 to 2 minute walk to the venue. Alternatively Parramatta train station is a 15 minute walk from the venue.

What should I wear?

We recommend festival attire or whatever you are most comfortable in for a long day of dancing. Although the event is in winter, the event is completely indoors and it will no doubt get hot inside. There will be lockers/cloakroom available for a small fee if you wish to store coats and jackets.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a valid I.D (Passport, Australian Issued Drivers license) & don’t forget your ticket! Please ensure you have your hardcopy ticket / pdf print out or if you are on your phone please make sure it is the original email sent by ticketbooth and not a screenshot.
Most importantly, bring a good attitude! Offensive or violent attitudes won’t be tolerated by staff or other patrons, if you see someone doing the wrong thing, tell management or staff. Enjoy the amazing music and the spectacular experience on offer!

What if I haven’t got a ticket, will you have tickets at the door?

We aim to hold a few tickets back for purchase at the door. The allocation of tickets available at the door may change throughout the day.

What are the set times?

Can I drive to the venue and park?


There will be 2 event car parks utilised for the event:

  • P4 in the first instance
  • P5 as the over flow once P4 is full

Should I catch public transport?

Public transport is recommended if you are planning to attend this event.

Public Buses
STA Buses will run past the event site along James Ruse Drive as per normal schedule.

A taxi drop-off and pick-up will be provided off James Russ Drive next to P4 & P5, and in the members car park off Grand Drive enter via Gate 1.

Will there be police at the event?

YES, you can count on it. We have been working closely with police to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all. Any drug activity, antisocial behaviour and general public safety issues will be monitored and managed closely by the event staff, security and police.

Will I be able to leave the event at any time and be allowed back via a pass out system?

NO, there are no pass outs given at the event. Once you leave the event you will not be allowed back in.

Will there be access for mobility impaired people?

Yes, mobility parking is available within the nearby Public Car Parks. Mobility access to the event is available with toilets provided for mobility patrons. Security and event staff at the gate and car parks can assist with access support if required by notification at entry gates upon arrival.

Will food and beverages be available at the event?

Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the event site. Food and beverages will include all the usual beverage types including fresh juices, tea and coffee, gelato and a variety of hot food.

Will there be ATM machines at the event at the event?

YES, there will also be an ATM Machine area within the event site that will be accessible to all patrons.

Please bring ample cash with you as we also tend to run out of cash at these events so please be prepared and don’t rely on cash access or availability all night.

Will toilets be available at the event?

Ample toilets will be available at the event for patron use. There will be more than one location around the site of portable toilets so they can be accessed easily throughout the event. All toilet areas will also cater to disabled/mobility impaired persons. When at an event please plan your toilet trips as they may be queues. Public urination and improper conduct will result in ejection from the event and police fines. There will also be a
downloadable map available at the event website that shows locations closer to the event date.

Will there be seating at the event?

Assorted table and chair seating will be available within the event site. No raised seating will be permitted onto the event site

What happens if the event is cancelled?

This event is scheduled to go ahead rain or shine; however extreme weather may result in a cancellation for safety reasons. Cancellation of the event will be broadcast via media outlets such as radio and websites. There will be personnel at gates to inform anyone who missed out on messages via media. All VMS signage will be changed to display cancellation messages.

Is there anything I should remember to bring to the event?

Can I Smoke at the event?

YES, you can smoke at the event only in outdoor areas of the event. Smoking outside these areas is prohibited. Smoking inside enclosed areas is prohibited. Smoking is at your own risk and you are expected to abide by health laws pertaining to smoking.

Will my bags be searched at the event?

Yes, bag checks will be carried out upon entry to event and there will be no pass outs issued.

Will there be a cloak room at the event?

Yes, bag, jackets and other items will be able to be checked into the cloak room. There will be a designated cloak room area and will incur a charge per item and per exchange.

I have special dietary / medical needs; can I bring food, medication or specific beverages to the event?

You will need to follow this procedure upon application:

  1. Supply of letter from doctor confirming your condition and its requirements.
  2. Supply a list of items you wish to bring in to the event.
  3. Please note that you will still be required to pass through entry processes of the event.
  4. A written approval form will be sent to your email / Fax.
  5. Presentation a signed approval form and supporting documents is required at the entry gates to confirm your entry and exception to the event rules.
